Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfilment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

What does this mean for you?

Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 3-5 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

We are still dispatching your orders daily, however due to the current pandemic, shipping times in all destinations may expect delays at this time.

We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer. Factors such as delayed logistics, holiday periods such as Christmas and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. It is up to the consumer to pay for any customs fees if necessary. However we declare the price cheaper for customers and this is never the case.

In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on your destination. Your patience is truly appreciated. We are constantly working on improving our shipping times while keeping the same low prices for our customers. Please DO NOT order if you want the item before an expectant date, we hold no responsibility to the couriers and the current conditions out of our control.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

  • When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
  • If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!
  • If you need more detailed information, please shoot us an email and we'll help you out!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve
